Of course this is a crime. This is why I am confused that some declared that naked men on the streets was a 1st Amendment Right. Especialy in the presence of young ones. Ditto for certain types of books in their school library. It may be apples to oranges, but the most vulnerable in society deserve SOME degree of protection just as VIPs enjoy.

It should be noted that democrat activist and potential assassin James Hodgkinson drove into Washington D.C. without any livestreaming. He may have met with democrat staffers and he may have been furnished with the schedule of republican baseball practice. This was a serious assassin and the media wasn't too interested that only Republican Representative Steve Scalise was wounded.
