Why should she be in custody? You haven't made your case as to why you think she should.

'Second Amendment Remedies' isn't referring to using violence and guns to achieve political aims?

That used to be called sedition.

People don't go to jail for sedition any more.

    IMHO that qualifies for treason.

Are you familiar with the Sedition Act? If so, how does Angle's action(s) fall under the legal definition of sedition? You believe her to be guilty and cannot make a rational legal case supporting your supposition. The onus is on you to prove your position.

If so, then Obama must be put to death for treason.

According the the US Constitution: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Arrest Barbara Boxer and Code Pink for giving $600k to our enemies in Fallujah. They are war with the United States. That is treason.

First, you have to provide examples of leftists who have been arrested for sedition. Then you have to explain how a law that is probably unconstitutional, and thus either ignored or stricken from the books (to lazy to research this), is being used against them. Then you might have a case to argue that Angle should be arrested for sedition, if you can provide examples of her doing whatever it is that you think sedition is supposed to be.

The Alien and Sedition Act, which Adams signed into law, is not the same as The Sedition Act of 1918, which was essentially amendments to the Espionage Act of 1918.
