Illegal invasion overwhelms ICE, Forced to release 100k illegals in 3 Months

What ICE needs to do, is focus on only deporting criminals....

Since they are limited in the amount of space to hold these people here until their day in court, they should be focusing on capturing for deportation, the criminals, gang members, drug dealers, human traffickers etc....

this way, we at least have space for the really bad apples, instead of using the space for an illegal immigrant with no serious criminal record, and with two American born kids sitting at home with no daddy.... housing an illegal with a parking ticket that you want to deport, while allowing gang members to be released seems foolish....

time for Prioritization is here....

Stop welfare payments for the cockroaches.... that's all it l takes

FYI-
if they are illegally here they do not get federal Welfare... TANF.

Even if they are here legally on a green card, for the first 5 years here, they too, do not get Welfare/TANF.... it is against the law.

If by any chance they do have an American born child, then the child might qualify for Welfare, but it is not much.

Well those billions we tax payers spend on illegals every year makes what you say seem to be your wishful thinking.

The leftist immigration judges have stopped everything Trump has tried to do. The invasion force is the democrat army.

#BorderPatrol recorded more than 3,700 apprehensions along the Southwest Border yesterday—the largest single day total in more than a decade

COO Sanders: If you look at our 21-day averages for the month of March, we are on track for 100,000 people to cross the border. Of those 100,000, 58,000 are family units and 9,000 are unaccompanied children. In total, of that 100,000, roughly 35,000 will be children.

Each of those children are given free education, and meals.
How much do you think it is costing to house and process all these people? They also cannot be denied needed medical care, and must receive vaccinations.

Some states also extend other benefits to illegals, at their discretion.

To state it isn’t costing us an arm and a leg is ridiculous.

We are overrun with illegals and the Dems in the House don't think its a National Emergency??

Hope that wall goes up soon.

Well, it's federal law... who are you getting your facts from that the Feds are breaking their own laws?

A state may choose to do something on their own, but it does not come out of TANF federal welfare money and it would be the State's choice and the citizen's of that State's issue, not all of us and what our federal tax monies are used for....

Overwhelmed ICE Facilities Forced To Release 100,000 Illegal Aliens In Past Three Months

"ICE detainment centers have become so overwhelmed with illegal aliens that the agency has been forced to release over 100,000 migrant family members in the past three months."

The illegal invasion is so bad it has overwhelmed ICE's ability to enforce existing US Immigration law by detaining the massive number of criminal foreign invaders.

ICE has been forced to release 100,000 criminal illegal invaders into the US population in the last e months because the US Federal Govt / Democrats refuse to provide ICE with what it needs to enforce the law & detain illegals while refusing to act to secure the border and stop the massive flood of illegals into the US.

Despite all of this, Democrats continue to claim there is no crisis, there is no national emergency, there is no problem.
Forced to? Sounds like trumps not getting the job done.

Curious to know if they caught them where there was a wall, or in the middle of no where land, (desserts, mountains, no towns near by) where there is not a wall?

I know a number of them have been caught illegally crossing. And apprehend usually doesn’t refer to someone trying to enter through a port. But, go to their website, and occasionally they post a story of an apprehension, such as this one-

I was just wondering, if the walls and fences we do have already, the 700 miles completed, if it actually stops people from crossing, or simply slows them down, so they can be caught?

Illegals from southern border is being bussed to Minnesota and Wisconsin to get generous welfare benefits
