If found guilty he and his wife could be sentenced to 'Life' in a Federal Prison ... which we all know means an 'all expense tax payer funded stay in jail for around 10 - 15 years in jail.
What they SHOULD do is take these 2 to the border, make the face Mexico - tell him he should have stayed there, tell her she should never have betrayed her country for that POS, then put a bullet in the back of each one of their heads. Her body should then be returned to her next of kin. His should be hung on the fence as a warning to all other violent, criminal, murderous illegals to Stay the FO!
