I don't think no Uber driver should take a risk of getting robbed or car jacked going to the ghetto. Especially if you are a woman Uber Driver because you never know what can happen. Same thing for UberEats that just started. No one in the ghetto should be able to order food and have it delivered if they live in the Ghetto because it puts the drivers at risk

I dont know about "all projects," but try ordering delivery food or UPS package and type in a housing project address. When I was in New Orleans, nobody delivered to Desire. It was just fire dept and ambulances and only with police escort.

Didn't realize my error until the fuel warning light came on, so I exited the interstate in a not very nice area in Indiana to fill up. At the first station my credit card was declined. Knew there was no reason for that and figured their equipment wasn't operating properly, so drove off to the next station. Same thing happened there so I called the card company to see what was up. Bottom line was the credit card company profiled the area I was in and declined because it didn't, let's say, match the profile of the types of areas I normally patronize businesses. Their computer thought perhaps someone had gotten a hold of my card so thus the declines. Once I established with the woman on the phone it really was me attempting to use my card she approved the purchase. And I thanked them for being so on the ball.

As far as I'm aware, uber isn't subject to the regulations for taxi companies. That's been one of the issues with uber. Taxi companies have been fighting uber because of it
