How Will Obama's Plan Affect You?

No, it's not a myth or a lie. Prices will continue to go up. Live with it.

In Europe, they are paying like 10.00 a gallon. The governments tax the hell out of gas. The dems are licking their chops at taxing gas more. Wonder what bobo thinks about that?
Being a lot smaller Europe can get away with it, trains work for them.

The US economy was built on the open roads, gas goes up, our economy get's further fucked.

State the obvious much?

So what you did was state a fact but tried to put the blame on Obama.

Just wait. You said the same things about Bill Clinton, and he was one of the greatest presidents ever.

Really no reason to listen to anything you got to say. :eusa_shhh::eusa_hand:

Actually, my Grandmother will tell you a story about how GM ran the bus' out of Detroit. And of course they killed the idea of a subway system.

They wanted everyone to drive cars. Duh.

That is inner city, when it comes to bulk cargo we use the roads.

And $500 more in energy bills.

Not to mention the extra we'll spend on the cost of goods because businesses will raise costs to cover their new tax burdens.

Didn't business' raise their prices already last year because of gas prices? Did they ever lower those prices?

What you said is a myth/lie.

Sure it is. Well except for the fact it happens EVERY time and people like you refuse to acknowledge it.

When you don't have a job, you won't have to pay ANY taxes. Hope that works for ya.

So what you did was state a fact but tried to put the blame on Obama.

But the blame IS on Obama. If businesses raise the price of goods because their taxes go up, it's the fault of the person who's raising the taxes. :cuckoo:

Two things here:

1. I loved Clinton. He has always been a personal role model for me (morals aside, of course). I would vote for him again tomorrow if he could run.

2. In one thread, you Bash Clinton and say that he sold out to Republicans, and that he was "Republican-lite." In this thread, you praise him as one of the best ever. Which is it?

Really no reason to listen to anything you got to say. :eusa_shhh::eusa_hand:

You don't listen to what anyone's got to say, unless it's Thom Hartmann or Barack Obama.

Question is; will socialism introduced by George W. Bush and Taken to another extreme by Obamamama, effect you?

Answer; Obama has already spent more in 3 months than Bush did in 8 years.

Were doomed!

I hate to burst your bubble but, Mr. Clinton is the one "responsible" for most of the mess were in right now, aside from the fact that Corp. America also takes the blame as well.
But it was Clinton's Free Trade agreement that hurt us the most.
Free Trade, Open market, and.. uhh, oh yeah! Outsourcing became popular during the Clinton years too if I remember correctly!

And how I know Mr. Clinton was the start of outsourcing? 1993 till 1998 I worked in Customer Service, Suddenly 230 of us lost our jobs due to downsizing and the companies were giving jobs to people in India as well many other countries. Suddenly Corp. America saw "profit" and our economy went down the drain. Clinton Knew it, Bush knew it, nobody cared. Sorry if I seen sour towards Clinton, I had a great job, I've been working in factories ever since the Clinton Years.

Another 8 years of Clinton is worse than another 8 years of Bush IMHO At least with Bush we didn't have to hear "no I didn't have sexual relations with her"

As was pointed out, Clinton didn't write NAFTA, he only signed it.

Also, NAFTA is not the root of all of our problems. NAFTA also opened the doors for a global economy, something the world needed.
