Blaming black social pathology on white racism does not explain why black rates of crime and illegitimacy have risen since 1963, and why black academic performance has improved very little. According to Charles Murray black academic performance improved slightly until the middle 1980's, and has not improved since.

Most just reflexively while not really knowing the iinformation that makes the case for reparations. So it appears that an education as to why reparations should be paid needs to happen and included is the information that can and will be used as part of the case.
