AFTERNOON AS AIR TEMPERATURES BEGIN TO WARM INTO THE POSITIVE
SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO.
A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF WIND AND VERY COLD
AIR WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL
