What we need more than term limits is an amendment mandating a basic civic literacy test as a voting requirement.

I think we should offer every voter who shows up at the polls and produces an ID a choice between a ballot and a $100 bill. Do the math, it would be so incredibly cheaper than what the leeches cost us now.

If we don't reach out to minorities and women more, yes, you are right. The Dems have to win only six of the 19 GOP and 1 Dem contested seats to take control of the Senate. 6 of 20. The remaining seats up for election are easy wins for the respective party.
