Got Any Cures For Insomnia?

I have had this miserable condition for many years. Doesn't kick up all that often, thank God. I have done the sleep clinic, sleeping pills, etc. thingy and frankly, nothing helps.

Anyone have a homeopathic remedy they swear by?

Hey Maddie . . . did you try any of the suggestions and did they work?

The keeping the room dark is a good tip too. Several years ago we bought room-darkening honeycomb shades from the Home Depot. I think they are Levelor and the store cuts them to fit your window. Worth a shot anyway. They also help with insulating too.
