Just because the FBI is interested in finding out if Dem Sen. Robert Menendez enjoyed the company of hookers in the Dominican Republic, perhaps as young as 16, doesn't mean he's guilty of anything. It's just an investigation at this point, so tune back in again in 2-3 years and we'll see how things are progressing.

Oh, and then there's some reporting of financial issues they're poking around in too.

Avatar - you are correct. In many states 16 is the legal age of consent. I was incorrect when I said a 16 year old is not capable of informed consent.

My personal opinion is that no one should be able to vote, drive a car, purchase alcohol, consent to sex, enter into a contract, or pay the adult price at movie theaters until they are 21.

About 60 years ago 20 year olds were storming beaches on Normandy and Iwo Jima. Today, they are playing beer pong and posting vulgar photos on facebook.

Young people today aren't anywhere near as mature as previous generations were at the same age.

OJ Simpson was not proven to be a murderer. Limbaugh DID HAVE a prescription for Viagra but the bottle he had was not marked with anything on it.
How does anyone know if the Viagra pills in that unmarked bottle were the ones that were prescribed for him?
I do not make the stupid drug laws but under the law he was guilty of "black market" unmarked prescription pills. Limbaugh can have as many as he wants but reddiamondgirls was/is his connection down there and it was well known.
