she said there were no MARKED Classified emails sent or received.

the difference between it being Marked classified and NOT Marked classified is the difference between a lightning bug and lightening.

MARKED classified means she knew the email was classified information, classified by any of our agencies.

there were no emails that were MARKED classified by any of our agencies means she and her people did not take anything that was top secret classified and known to be top secret classified from it's proper storing place and then put it out in the open via her private email.

Since none were marked classified, there was no way to punish her or primarily her staff, because they were not designated as classified with the markings...there was no intent that could be proven.

Also, by not being MARKED classified as per the gvt protocols, means the Classified information could have been classified, AFTER they emailed each other.

but that was only a partial marking and NOT MARKED Classified with all the information at the top of the correspondence and Comey said it could be missed by not having the full MARKINGS in his testimony.

Also, it was never classified information... and a mistake in the first place by the scheduling secretary.

Everything in her emails that they have, has been declassified and available to the public but the 4 to 6 email chains that the FBI began the investigation on via recommendation of the IG, in the first place.
