Depression

Unless you really get depressed you really can't imagine what it's like.

People think it's like being unhappy.

I wish it was that minor.

I have to say though there is a difference in depression which all of us get at traumatic moments in our life and clinical chronic depression which is an actual illness that needs serious and intensive treatment.
This is one of the best posts I have ever read, as a very disturbingly small number of people get this and it's so important. It bears repeating and re-emphasis more than words can say. I wish they would have commercials hammering into people's heads until it stuck. Sadly, we instead live in this instant gratification, quick-fix society that can't be bothered with such things and as soon as somone gets really depressed, they go "just gimme the trendiest happy pills you got." :cuckoo:

Props to you.

Anyone have this? It runs in my family.

Nope! I wake up happy and go to sleep the same. One does not get that much time..being depressed or angry shortens what time you have and wastes all of the time you indulge in those feelings. Oh... I get pissed off..everyone does..but the secret is to blow it off as soon as you can.
