The baker did bake the cake...and provided the decorative frosting for the customer to write whatever they wanted on it.

You cannot compel a business, to provide a service or product that they do not. You can't make a kosher deli serve non kosher items. What you can do is require that all customers are treated equally and are given the same product regardless of their race, gender, country of origin, religion...and in a few places sexual orientation.
