What they are CLEARLY doing is delaying so they can using a loophole that allows ambiguous marks on the ballots to be changed according the interpretation of the elections board.

They are going through and changing thousands of ballots.

the results for governor went from 60,000 difference and 2%, to less than a .5 percent difference during the time Dems failed to follow the law.

It is illegal to do this delay....and why they are getting away with it is currently unknown.

But it has given them time to change enough ballots to bring up a recount.
