Actually Day One Trump did sign an EO to start tearing apart ACA. Unlike immature unhinged lefties who demand instant gratification, most rational people realize it's going to take time, and in fact President Trump came out shortly after and said it's going to take a couple years to unravel the mess ACA created. Being adults, we know how that shit goes.

How many years since the ACA passed?
How many times have right wingers in congress tried to repeal it ?
How successful were right wingers in repealing it?
How many viable alternatives have right wingers come up with?
What do polls indicate on the approval of the ACA?...................(hint, 52%)
