WASHINGTON — The National Cherry Blossom Festival organizers have announced next Saturday’s Opening Ceremony is being delayed by a day in order to make room for the March for Our Lives protest on March 24.​

Funny though, the National Park Service put out a notice that the delay has NOTHING to do with March for our Lives. Who's the top dog up the chain? Sonny Perdue Trump's AG Secretary which oversees Forestry Service and National Park Service. Amazing he would send such a phony missive down the chain eh?

When I was their age, I didn't even THINK about guns or gun control. But we weren't having mass shootings all the time, either. Things change and this is not about age, but about current events.

When I was their age, I didn't even THINK about guns or gun control. But we weren't having mass shootings all the time, either. Things change and this is not about age, but about current events.
