Nope. This is what made me literally laugh out loud when I read this.

Aside from the pie-in-the-sky "Hey, don't we all want cleaner air and better wages for people" stuff, which I generally refer to as the "What" this was not even lacking in the 'how', the 'how', which is the most important piece of the puzzle, was nearly, if not completely, absent from this 'proposal'.

If AOC ever built a GANTT chart or managed a meaningful development project with an end-product deliverable beyond the high school science fair level, I'd be shocked, as the goals and timeline made no sense.
