I suspect this is an early April fools joke. That being said, I have read about some parts of California alowing non-citizens vote in local elections such as school board. I think this excluded national elections, but I don’t know how that would work.

I have accepted the fact that -- like it or not -- the demographics (and thus the voting patterns) are changing radically. (I have read that some California Republican members of the House of Reps have decided NOT to run again in November, for they realize that they don't have a chance of winning reelection.)

I agree with the posters who suggest that we wait for the facts regarding the alleged attempt to let ineligible voters cast a ballot in national elections.

(Yes, as others have said, there is a movement in some places to let undocumented immigrants vote in local elections, e.g., for the local school board. Many liberals feel that those undocumented immigrants should have a voice in local affairs.)
