We caught others signing up the homeless and putting addresses on the forms where the homeless have never lived and will never live and bribing at least some with promise of a little cash if they signed up. He did provide a link. Also, HR 1 in 2021 passed Pelosi's House and required states to restore felon voting rights. It failed in the Senate when all Republicans voted against it leaving them 10 votes short of passing it. Biden who has pledged to restore felon voting rights would have signed it.
