In your posted link story the Presidents plan in one breath is to ease rules of adding certain additives such as 'ethanol' to give the refineries flexibility in providing oil supplies...

In another breath the plan suggests increased conservation,and expansion of domestic production and 'increased' use of alternative fuels like...ETHANOL!


Whats up with this double talk...to confuse the dummies or what?

Decreased regulations increases supply.

Decreased purchasing by the gov't increases supply.

Increased supply at a constant demand lowers prices.

Sounds like a plan to me.
