BREAKING: Trump Ordered to Pay The New York Times Hundreds of Thousands Over ‘Frivolous’ Lawsuit

Trump is not a super criminal……he is a stupid criminal

A typical American Billionaire keeps their actions low key and shielded from view. Trump does not know how to keep his mouth shut, does not follow the advice of his lawyers and arrogantly assumes he is the smartest person in the room

Can't argue with any of this

Too funny! Is Mr Trump tired of winning yet? But all joking side, this is important stuff.

It's about the 1st amendment. And Mr. Trump and his supporters appear to have been filing frivolous lawsuits all over America. This is an example of remedies available to us all, in the name of the American people.

BREAKING: Trump Ordered to Pay The New York Times Hundreds of Thousands Over ‘Frivolous’ Lawsuit

The Stable Genius Trump Just Got Hammered to the Tune of $400,000

Donald Trump has suffered another legal blow, this time over his lawsuit against the The New York Times.

A mere bag of shells. :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

The freaking FBI agent who created the fake narrative of a Trump/Russia collusion is facing 4 years but the crooked NY judicial system wants Trump to pay the NYT after the NYT spent years with faked stories. Sometimes you have to scratch your head and hope for an honest system.

It is not the norm for millionaires to stiff small mom and pop businesses, not paying them for goods and services rendered.
Better to have economic policies that destroy small business. That is what Incest Joe has been and is doing.

You are confused again.

So YOU say..but the record indicates otherwise. All of Trump's tactics are those of delay..in the hopes that a successful Presidential campaign will wipe the slate clean.
We'll see~
If you are even moderately familiar with corporate legals years is not an unreasonable measuring stick.

Um.....I don't know where you do business...it actually is quite prevalent. My former employer ( no names sorry ) a large multinational with 300,000 employees was famous for it.
We had trouble finding vendors.

NEW YORK (AP) — Former President Donald Trump was ordered Friday to pay nearly $400,000 in legal fees to The New York Times and three investigative reporters after he sued them unsuccessfully over a Pulitzer Prize-winning 2018 story about his family’s wealth and tax practices.

The newspaper and reporters Susanne Craig, David Barstow and Russell Buettner were dismissed from the lawsuit in May. Trump’s claim against his estranged niece, Mary Trump, that she breached a prior settlement agreement by giving tax records to the reporters is still pending.

New York Judge Robert Reed said that given the “complexity of the issues” in the case and other factors, it was reasonable that Donald Trump be forced to pay lawyers for the Times and the reporters a total of $392,638 in legal fees.

That must seem like a lot of money to an unemployable shitstain... but that's nothing to the orange billionaire.

He can put it on a credit card and get the points, but more likely, he'll stretch the appeals out for decades and never pay it.

That's why he's the boss.

Like beauty, confusion is in the mind of the beholder. The NYT is immune from criticism about all the lies they ever printed but the former president is held liable for criticizing the old grey lady. Sometimes you have to scratch your head.
The NYT is not immune to criticism. The point is that if you want to do so you need to able to show a valid reason. Apparently, this judge decided that the criticism wasn't just unwarranted, but that it was so clearly unwarranted the lawsuit was frivolous.

When does the winning start?

Ever ask yourself why, if the orange shitstain is a billionaire, he puts so much time and effort in to fleecing the rubes by selling worthless bling to hapless morons?
