These photos were included in the DOJ indictment to allege President Trump was “careless” with his documents First of all, where are the pictures of Joe Biden’s garage and Hillary’s home email server? But more importantly, Mar a Lago is a locked down fortress They have armed Secret Service at the entrance checking IDs, only club members and their guests are allowed, there are security cameras everywhere, and agents are stationed at almost every corner where people are allowed to go (which is less than 10% of the entire property) If President Trump is in the area, the Secret Service presence increases drastically No pictures are allowed anywhere on the premises by guests and that policy is strictly enforced You can’t use the wrong bathroom without a Secret Service agent stopping you These photographs clearly show either a) documents in transit to secure locations or b) their place in a secure closet.

Secure or not you cant hide classified documents as Trump did.
Why would an indictment of Trump include pics of Biden and Clintons property, you dumb piece of shit.

They are turning murderers loose but they indict someone for being "careless" with documents? It's a Banana Republic.
The DOJ is turning murderers loose? Name one. Secondly, read what trump is being charged with, you dumb piece of shit. If you are an American in the slightest, which I doubt you are, you would want trump prosecuted as well.

Step 1: Raid Mar-A-Lago
Step 2: Make a mess with carefully stored and guarded documents
Step 3: Take pictures of the mess you made
Step 4: “Oh look how careless Trump was with documents!”
Are you also saying the FBI planted the classified documents?

You need to be deported from America. You have to be one of the top 5 people on here posting anti-American propaganda.

A Motion to Dismiss should follow upon arraignment.

Based on the fact that the investigation was initiated when the Archive requested it. But the Archive has no statutory authority to seek DoJ involvement when a former President is involved. The statute authorizing the Archive involves agencies only. See: 44 U.S. Code § 2905.

That should suffice for dismissal.

I further note that Jack Smith never references the sole statutory construct (PRA) that applies to a former President and his dealing with the Archive. No wonder!

Nothing in the PRA authorizes DoJ intervention, it is solely a civil issue between a former President and the Archive.

what an insult to banana republics... At least most of those don't have a Constitution half as good as ours.. and innocent-until-proven guilty laws - now ignored by the dominant (thug) party

It should be dismissed because it is NOT a criminal issue.

The laws about document security are civil... but were made criminal... just for Trump (not surprisingly)

Maybe you should join the trump legal team since you think you're smarter than all of them put together. Maybe trumps lawyers are against him as well not providing adequate defense. Probably FBI plants.

Maybe you should join the Biden legal team since you think a child molester, perennial liar and traitor illegally put in office to undermine America using his felon son in an international pay to play crime ring trading secrets to our enemies isn't a criminal soon to be impeached, so charged and arrested.
