In fact, it is much more “wild” to believe that all the money that was flowing to Hunter from foreign entities was legit and that none of it went to Joe than to believe he was on the take. There is loads of cirmumstantial evidence, which is absolutely admissible and can be used to convict. It happens every single day around the country. Despite what you have been told, a smoking gun is not required to convict a murderer.
