All houses in my area used to be roughly the same in values and rent.
I pay 802.00 per month on my mortgage and a house 2 doors away now rents for 1800.00 per month. And 1 bedroom apartments in our area are 1500.00 per month on average.

Affordable housing has basically disappeared since the end of the pandemic.

With the government taking upwards of 50 or 60 percent of your money in all kinds of taxes combined with Bidenflation young couples are screwed.

Imagine if those billions sent to Ukraine and other various nations was actually used to better our own nation.... pipe dream I know.
