Can we trade a current poster for a banned member?

No. Those that were permabanned openly defied admin. If you do that then you should expect what you get.

Openly defying admin is not a bannable offense.

Since you appear to have not read the rules, here they are.

Correct, as I said, we have both mods and members who don't understand the rules.

Take the pedo rule . Technically accusing a person of wanting to have sex with a 13 year old girl is not a rules violations, 13 year old girls are POST pubescent, yet, I ate TWO bans for doing exactly that, and explained that fact to a mod to no avail.
