The ONLY turkey I want for Thanksgiving.........

The awesome thing is, you can use ANY kind of bacon you want.

But, if you use tofu bacon, turkey bacon, or eco-bacon, you will have to spray some oil on top once you've place your bacon on the turkey, so it doesn't dry out too badly and possibly even burn.
