Blow-up sex dolls circa 1970

I have no problem with these sorta things. So pathetic it's comical. But today, these are available and I have a big big problem with them.

"The disturbing advert, spotted by an advocacy group on Facebook called Dining for Dignity, shows the model of a girl, who does not look much older than 9 or 10.

Described as a “beautiful young girl sex doll for men,” the item costs $178 and is available to ship worldwide."

Not comfortable even copying the image here, but is at the link. Sufficed to say it's a solid sorta latex doll that looks like a prepubescent girl. And as these things go, this is the low-end of what's available. Are celebrity versions of young girls as well.

Disturbingly, the only time these are illegal is in jurisdictions that ban other 'sexual aides' as well like dildos and vibrators. But by virtue of it looking like a minor that alone doesn't (yet) make it illegal. But it should be.

One of the standards often applied to image child-pornography is if "a reasonable member of your community would be unable to distinguish between a real photograph and a simulation." (paraphrasing.) These "dolls" are so realistic that at a distance I wouldn't doubt a passer-by seeing an adult and one of these things would be aghast. So shouldn't that standard be applied here?

Any dolls that are imitations of children younger than the age of consensual sex.

Fine idea, but how would you do that? Can tell how old people are obviously, but what about 'things?' If you say a doll looks like such an age, isn't the clever person going to look for a person who's older than however old they look and blow that standard out of the water? Wouldn't manufacturers just say they're all over 18? What animated porn does. Though the figures look underage, if it's viewable in the US it simply has to say they're over 18. Or in Japan, to get around their laws they put triangular feline-like ears on everybody. That way they're not subject to aoc restrictions because they're not human any more.

These minor-looking sex dolls should be illegal in the US. But the question remains, how do we craft the legislation? There are obviously adult ones too and presumedly we wouldn't wanna make those illegal too. So how do we define unacceptable dolls from acceptable ones?

Indded it is. I don't think we outta allow people to have child-sex simulators.

Stop it. All of your questions are easily manageable. Trot along.

I'm sure if it were made illegal, they would just come up with Pygmy or midget dolls.

What's wrong with sex?

The easy availability of porn on the internet has helped reduce sex crimes.

Rape reached a peak in 1992 of 42.8 per 100,000 people.

By 1999 it was at 32.8

in 2016 the highest rate of the decade was recorded at 29.6

Having people being able to get this stuff out of their system LEGALLY and without hurting people is clearly better than forcing them into a choice between rape or frustration.

It's just religious people seem to have a thing about telling people what to do with their lives.
