A friend had it. Dr. Promised it was was easy and has done it hundred of times. Long story short, it took 3 years of rehab and he walks with a cane and is miserable. Make sure your Dr. is "the best"

I was retired due to an L-3-4 detriment

They said cutting me was the only fix

I'm still standing after a decade........
