He's soliciting donations from foreigners, in this case UK parliament members from Scotland.

Why Is Team Trump Asking Liberal Scottish Politicians for Donations?

Now, it's possible the Trump team did it accidentally, but it can still be illegal, depending on the degree of the offense.

Any campaign should know soliciting donations from foreigners is illegal. There's no excuse for not knowing.

As long as campaigns take reasonable precuations to screen out foreigners, the FEC won't have a problem with minor violations. If it turns out [email protected] was actually not an American citizen, that's no big deal. That's an honest mistake.

However, emailing a bunch of parliament members with language aimed at Scottish people is not an honest mistake. Thus, the FEC should nail the Trump campaign hard for this.

From your link..

"It’s possible that an outside troll signed up the MPs for Trump’s campaign emails without their, or the Trump camp’s, knowledge."

The author had a mission but failed miserably. You want to see corruption, illegal contributions and such, read up on the Clinton Foundation or just remain in denial..

And we see the expected deflections. Republicans certainly are creative in coming up with excuses for their side's criminal behavior.

When you're done reciting your urban legends, would you care to address he issue?

That is, are you wildly supportive of Trump's recent crimes, or just mildly supportive? We don't have to ask if you approve, we just have to ask how enthusiastic your approval is.

Total fuckin' amateur hour at the Dump's campaign.

:badgrin::badgrin::badgrin:

It's obviously not easy for Trump to take on the, "status quo" and their war on the American middle-class.

Lies will be told, imbeciles will follow but hopefully patriotic and informed Americans will come to their senses.
