Japan just experienced the greatest boom to their economy since WWII- nothing has rivaled WWII in its immediate effects like this quake and tsunami Japan has just seen. Now Japan prepares to rev up their industry to rebuild- plus the dead will help reduce the unemployment numbers. The United States must find a way, perhaps using underwater nuclear detonations, to achieve the same thing as Japan.
