Businesses that hire illegals need to triple their wages to attract American workers. There are jobs that people should NOT be doing unless the wage is tripled.

Suppose you are on a Basketball team and decide to take a “Me First” attitude. Your goal is to score as many points as you can. When your teammates complain, you say.....you are welcome to score as many points as you can too.

Sounds like a way to score more points

But what happens is you end up shooting every time you get the ball whether you have a shot or not. Your point total may go up at first, but eventually your teammates will stop passing you the ball.

Overall, your scoring will drop

lol And just what team do you think America is on? If you are referring to our alleged allies in Europe, the team historically has only scored when the US is doing the shooting. Since Europe recovered from WWII, the war the greedy Europeans started and in which the US lost 400,000 soldiers, America has only been honored with being the "leader of the free world" when we have done whatever the Europeans wanted us to do while they think only about how much profit they can make from it.

Finally, we have a president who tells them they have to pull their own load and the whiny Democrats complain, oh, they won't like us for that.

Now that the Wall is rolling, let's see what can be done to improve the problem of Visa overstays, which is more than half the "illegals" who are here.

The solution to all these immigration problems is simple: Congress to create a law that anybody here illegally is subject to prosecution of a first degree felony. Anybody caught here is subject to a minimum of five years in prison, immediately deported afterwards, and if they return again, up the prison time.

Such a law will take care of most of our immigration problems: Visa overstays, asylum applicants that don't return to court for their final hearing, border crossers, green card violators.

It's a neat little package all wrapped up into one. No need for a wall, additional ICE or border patrol agents, constant House and Senate bickering. All problems solved with words.

No penalties, just send them back immediately. If their only crime is coming here in hopes of something better, then just deport them with an instruction pamphlet that tells them how to come here legally, and also tells them that if they are caught again, that serious penalties will be brought against them for sure.

We must have a vetting process, a waiting list, set categories for processing skill sets for placement of these workers, and then placement based upon those skill sets and/or needs for them around the country. No citizenship for 5 years after legally processed. Everyone wanting to stay must be trained or educated in the English language or in english speaking skills.

No criminals allowed period, and any criminals found should be immediately deported with stiff warnings on why they should not seek to come back.

We're pretty much going some of that now, and it's not working. Deportation is not a deterrent because you lost nothing trying to get in or succeeded getting in. A minimum of five years in prison is a much bigger wager. One would have to ask if they are willing to take that risk. I think for most the answer would be "no." Because even if you make it in and not get caught, you still have to not get caught while living here. It's just too inconvenient and risky, especially when most of them leave and you stick out like a sore thumb.

We could have a law to confiscate any wealth they have accumulated, such as property or money on hand, or cars, or in bank accounts.


The more they have, the more it encourages them to leave before they get caught.

The problem is they don't have much. That's why they ruin neighborhoods by having 15 people living in a two bedroom house. Yes, they save money, but usually end up sending excess money back over the border.

We need a much stronger deterrent from entering this country. That's the problem in a nutshell.

The deterrent is to stop employers from illegally working these people, where as if they have no financial support system, then they will move on towards another country that wants to allow it's employer's to exploit them as poor cheap labor outside of it's governmental system's for which it is not benefitting (or was it?) from these non-citizen's labor and their gains being made off of that very system.

I know one thing, and that is that the government officials who were in on this racket for years now, should be brought to justice by the American people. It has caused so much damage to the American family, the American worker's, the American youth over the years, that now we are just about living back in the wild, wild west again. Either we are going to have, and are going to support an American culture in this nation or we aren't. What's it gonna be folks ???

If either any Democrats or Republicans are guilty of this bullcrap over time, then they should be punished for the undermining of this nation over time. Stiff fines should be placed upon them for what they did. And if they were just obeying the laws or loopholes given them, then whomever made or pushed for such laws and loopholes should be punished.

To see what has become of our American youth today, is truly a sad story whether they have been indoctronated or lost to drugs, diseases or other as a result of this stuff.

For those things to happen, everybody has to be united which hasn't happened in this country since 911.

It's estimated that we have 20 million illegals in this country, and I can't believe we have 20 million people working here that are being hired by lowlife businesses. Foreigners come here for other reasons besides jobs. They come here to sell drugs, to have anchor babies, to live with legal family members who are working, being in gangs, just a number of reasons.

The most dangerous of all is Birther Tourism. Countries like China and radical groups are sending their pregnant women here to have American children. After birth, they go back to wherever they came and the child is raised by American hating radicals or government, where after the child becomes an adult, can simply walk into this country unquestioned because they are technically Americans. Think of the 911 hijackers if they were all Americans.

So closing up American businesses and putting American citizens in prison is not going to solve this problem. The better solution is to make sure these people are not in this country for them to hire in the first place. Because liberals give these people more reason to come here with their sanctuary cities, drivers licenses and so on than any employer does. Employers are not destroying our country--Democrats are.
