Provide for us the clause in the Constitution where in the Federal Government is granted the power to create JOBS.

So the job you retired from was unconstitutional? lol, give us back that pension check!!!

The GOP has no plan to make things better.

That's not the agenda.

That isnt obvious?

The fact that anyone is waiting for a politician to make things better demonstrates a complete lack of understandinf of economics and is a large part of the problem that is afflicting this nation.

Then you agree with me, that the GOP agenda, if you believe it, is to eliminate hundreds of thousands of American jobs - both public and private sector - that are directly or indirectly dependent on government spending,

in order to balance the budget.

Why aren't the Republicans saying that then? Why are they lying to us?

WHAT?
The GOP wants to get rid of the unnecessary regulations that is keeping businesses from going forward and hiring people.
Have you ever tried to start a business? You have a whole bunch of paperwork to do in order to get a business license just to start then you have a whole bunch of hoops you have to go through in order to keep the business going. The costs for everything makes it extremely hard to do much of anything that you want to do let alone hiring employees.
It is the unnecessary regulations that has caused employers to lay people off. They can't afford to keep them on.

A simple question... What is the GOP plan for creating jobs, exactly?
Such an old, oft-regurgitated talking point... - we have at least FIVE threads on this already.

Did you only just get your marching orders today? You're about a month behind on your parroting.

Here are TWO simple questions..

What would you do with the money you forcefully took from the taxpayers? What's your plan?

What would you replace evil capitalism with..

**** the second question has been asked many times with no answers given*****

It still makes you people HOWL, that's the best reason for keeping it up.

Funny how no one on the conservative side wants to admit that their economic plan is a job killer, not a job creator.

You do realize that the government isn't even taxing anyone for trillions of dollars worth of the spending it's been doing for most of the last 30 years?

Do you get that? Do you need that explained to you?

Do you know that Government brings in 2.2 trillion dollars in taxes every year and that they borrow over a extra trillion?
I't a spending problem not a tax problem.

Well, there is the "provide for the common defense" thing...that creates jobs doesn't it? We build crap to blow other people up. That creates jobs.

What about that "promote the general welfare" part? Wouldn't job creating fall into promoting general welfare?

The Republicans want you to believe that the corporations will do what is best for the country "just because". They'll regulate themselves right? They'll pay a living wage without anyone telling them to won't they? Who REALLY believes that?

.....Especially after all the effort those politicians put-into creating tax-benefits for those folks who wanted to move their businesses outside the U.S.!!

So we cut a trillion in government spending and put several hundred thousand or more Americans in both the public and private sector OUT OF WORK.

Fine. I'm not arguing the merits of that. I'm arguing the DISHONESTY of the fiscal hawks on the Right who pretend that doing so is NOT a job ELIMINATION project.

I don't think that's a power that can be delegated to any government in the first place. It's an inherent flaw in our thinking and culture to expect such from the government.
.....And, what better distraction......

.....than to have your nose (permanently) buried in The Good Book.

Could you possibly BE any-more spiritually-corrupt??!!!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....so, all o' you folks who are constantly talkin'-about being more independent would love to pursue such a track, except for......there's TOO MUCH WORK, INVOLVED???!!!! :eusa_eh:

Typical......

Ya' know.....if "conservatives" weren't so fuckin' lazy.....and, could (somehow) repel the tendency to turn-into a major-pussy, when there's an element of risk involved.....there's a lot we could straighten-out, in this Country.....but, you folks can never be depended-upon, when the chips are down, and there's no guarantee of short-term profits.

Absolutely!!!!!!!

.....And, NOW it's time to cover-the-BALANCE for all that SPENDING!!!!!

OMG you are a horrid one Shaman. NOT all conservative-minded individuals turn into pussies, thank you very much. Whereas I could easily agree with what you post, your generalizations make you appear quite the ass.

And, as you see, no one can dispute the simple answer to the OP's simple question, which is that the GOP's plan is a job eliminator, not a job creator.

Just keep in mind, therefore, that whenever they say otherwise,

they are lying.

Paying people who administer, with barrowed money, is not a plan for prosperity.

Perhaps the depth of the plan represents the filling in of what jobs are already available that too few wanna work. There are so many great needs within this country that does not involve opening the door to more money being made.
