As someone who doesn't lean to the far left or far right (I'd consider myself left leaning though..), and my own observations of where the election is heading, the only candidate that rings with me is Hillary Clinton. She is quite honestly the most moderate out of the candidates from both sides, as someone who leans to the left on social issues, mainly keeping abortion legal, Hillary fills that. It's not that I care about Hillary's personal life, that doesn't matter to me. Most, if not all politicians are "liars" and "corrupt." I will not say Hillary is an exception. She does have a # of achievements and a # of mistakes, like all politicians, but, as it appears now, it will come down to Hillary Vs trump or ted cruz.. I shouldn't need to explain why Donald trump will not be getting my vote.. Ted cruz, on the other hand, is a perfect example of the social conservatism that is running through the GOP like a plague, and his policies are absolutely absurd. You could ask "why not support Bernie sanders?" That's a valid question, but I'm a realistic person, and Bernie's economic ideas are off the rails, much like Trump's ideas on everything, including economics. I also want a president who will be able to actually compromise and get things done, a man who calls himself a "socialist" getting any of the things he says done? Not in my lifetime..What are your reasons for supporting H Clinton?
