What's the absolute worst Christmas gift you ever received?

When I was a kid, I wanted a hamster. I begged for a hamster for ages. One Christmas, one of my Aunts bought me a hamster and she had wrapped it up in a small box. Well, when I opened up the box containing the hamster, it had died so I got a dead hamster for a Christmas gift. Nothing says "Merry Christmas" the same way a dead hamster does...

A side note... Never, ever, shake your Christmas presents before you unwrap them!

True story. One year I had a stalker, not of the online variety but IRL. About a week before Xmas I got home from work and found a gift wrapped package on my front porch addressed to me and the little people, who were about a year old at the time. Here my buddy had stolen our family cat, killed her and wrapped her neatly for us for Christmas.

The state where I was living at the time didn't have an anti-stalking law, so we moved far far away as soon as possible after that.
