No link? Look this is all over the news and if there was a correction the main stream media would be reporting on that now, and they're not.
We know that Flynn pleaded guilty today in Federal Court over lying to the FBI. We know that there were many other charges that Mueller could have charged Flynn with. We know that he flipped and is now working with Mueller. We know that a high level official directed him to contact the Russians, as is in the court documents.

Clearly Trump has been trying to protect Michael Flynn all along. He pressured Comey to drop the investigation into Flynn, and when he didn't he fired him. He threatened to pardon Flynn, and to fire special Prosecutor Robert Mueller over the Russian investigation.
Yesterday the New York Times reported that Trump had been pressuring Republican Senators to drop the Russian investigation over last summer.

I imagine Trump is going to go on a tweety rampage in the very near future, because if anyone knows what was going on within the Trump campaign, it's defintely Michael Flynn.
It didn't help that Trump went on an NBC interview with Lester Holt and admitted that he fired Comey over the Russian investigation.
