You are still under ABC influence. When Flynn spoke to the Russians, Trump had already been elected. Flynn was authorized as a member of the President elect's transition team. This was the lie ABC told. There was no illegal cover up.

We know that Flynn pleaded guilty today in Federal Court over lying to the FBI. We know that there were many other charges that Mueller could have charged Flynn with. We know that he flipped and is now working with Mueller. We know that a high level official directed him to contact the Russians, as is in the court documents.

Clearly Trump has been trying to protect Michael Flynn all along. He pressured Comey to drop the investigation into Flynn, and when he didn't he fired him. He threatened to pardon Flynn, and to fire special Prosecutor Robert Mueller over the Russian investigation.

It didn't help that Trump went on an NBC interview with Lester Holt and admitted that he fired Comey over the Russian investigation.

CNBC corrected their early ommissions and even commented about the difference between stopping short of the full story (leaving out context about Isis) and revealing the full disclosure(discussion about Isis =not election collusion).
ABC also retracted most of it's report.
Creating doubt and denial and hoping on ignorance is why they play these games.
You should be insulted (by them thinking so little of you) rather then my post clarifying and "lifting the veil".

There is absolutely nothing that has been brought up about ISIS in any of this segment.
