I say no. He’s literally incapable of telling the truth.
That would be perjury and an impeachable offense for lying under oath.

I am not sure he even can tell the difference between his lies and the truth. He actually seems to really believe some of the bull crap he says.

The President is immune for Criminal Prosecution. You did know that didn’t you?

A Constitutional Puzzle: Can the President Be Indicted?

So what Testimony are you frothing at the mouth about now?

Listen up:

1) The prsident is immune from normal prosecution, but not from prosecution by the Congress

2) trump can be called to testify in front of a grand jury, just like Bill Clinton. remember him? Impeached by the house for perjury

So maybe settle down big guy.

Yeah, Bill Clinton was never impeached for perjury

Impeachment is not a criminal trial. And Clinton was not forced to testify during the Impeachment. He was ordered to provide a deposition during a Civil Trial, which is not covered by the immunity from Criminal Prosecution. Any criminal charges are handled with Impeachment, not Criminal trials.

Clinton didn’t testify before a grand jury. He provided answers in a civil case deposition. He fought that, but the judge ruled that the immunity did not apply to civil court proceedings. You aren’t mixing apples an oranges. You’re comparing apples and crab apples.

I didn’t make the rules. I was not alive when the Constitution was written or approved. I just deal with the rules that we are given, rules that have been in place for centuries now.

Any criminal offense of the President is handled through Impeachment. But even then you can’t force the President to testify. The President is immune. You can ask him to provide information. You can demand that he answer interrogatories, which is written questions. You can even argue in court that Executive Privelege does not allow him to withhold information from Congress. But you can’t force him to sit down and offer testimony.

You're wrong, he did. And he was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice. So, this isn't comparing apples to apples, it's comparing perjury to perjury and obstruction of justice to obstruction of justice. Can't wait to get Trump in front of a grand jury..

... oh wait, Trump is not going to do that. His lawyers will never let him. He can't even make it through 30 seconds without vomiting a lie.

Who and when was it announced that the Buffoon in Chief was going to be getting a subpoena to testify? or is this yet another example of partisan droids incapable of distinguishing reality from fantasy?

Not to rain on your creaming in your partisan pants parade or anything but have you considered the fact that Flynn was given the boot from his job in the Administration for lying and now he's being charged by the FBI with lying, which doesn't exactly place him high on the "credible witness" list.

Omg shut up. He will perjure himself with seconds of the opportunity being presented to him. That's the point.

Lying about a blow job is not too similar to being an enemy of the United States.

How is Trump an "enemy" of the U.S.?

Sally Flynn warned Trump Flynn could be compromises by the Russians.
Did he thank her?
No he fired her. Lmao
Trump put this country at risk by not firing Flynn for 18 long days.
