Coronavirus Deaths: The Most Predictive Factor

[QUOTE
here is only one reliable metric that reveals how likely you are to die from COVID-19 in a given state, and it isnā€™t what youā€™re seeing in the legacy media. The number of new cases and deaths, for example, are staples of news stories about the pandemic. Neither of these factoids, however, tells us very much in the absence of sophisticated epidemiological data that just isnā€™t yet available. A far more predictive metric is ā€œdeath rate per million.ā€ Why? Testing is far more consistent for fatal cases. By this measurement, you are probably more likely to die from coronavirus if you live in a blue state rather than one of its scarlet counterparts.

If you live in New Jersey, you are 13 times more likely to die from COVID-19 than if you live in Florida. The Garden Stateā€™s death rate per million is 895.2, according to the RealClearPolitics coronavirus tracker, compared to only 65.1 deaths per million for Florida. This disparity canā€™t be written off to demography or testing. Florida has a huge elderly population, and it has conducted twice as many tests as New Jersey. Finally, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis resisted the draconian stay-at-home orders imposed by his Democratic counterpart in New Jersey and hasnā€™t been afraid to point out that he was right:

Any seeming discrepancy is because not every place is at the same point in the growth curve. When all is said and done and the numbers are counted the death rate should be fairly similar everywhere.

Somebody yesterday or day before post something that looked like the worldometer chart, but just the side that i rarely pay much attention to. Looking at the left side of the normal view, you would think we were #19 based on cases, but based on the side they posted, you could reorder states by deaths per million, we were #46. Best damn chart I've looked at. Of note for your point, I am in Deep Red Tennessee.

So, just want to make clear that if any location sees a large per capita outbreak then they are gargabe people. That's going to be inconvenient in the near future.

If you live in Georgia, you are twice as likely to die from covid- 19 than if you live in California- the bluest of blue states.
If you live in Louisiana, you are 8 times more likely to die from covid-19 than if you live in California- the bluest of blue states.

And if you live in Puerto Rico- you are half as likely to die from covid-19 than if you live in neighboring Florida.

Don't stop there --- go ahead and build your bridge to the Electoral College. You know, cause and effect?

Fun fact: You're also more likely to die from CV if you're in a state that starts with a letter in the middle of the alphabet. As opposed to, say, Vermont or Alaska.

I'm not suggesting there's a connection there though. You?

Higher concentration of people.
Calhoun's rat utopia experiments immediately come to mind.

Democrats do tend to be walking biohazards and higher population density is commonly associated with not only increased behavioral sink activities, but also Democrat partisanship.

For example, Democrats just seem to be less disgusted by human fecal matter. And evidence strongly indicates that Democrats are much less risk averse than Republicans regarding ass to mouth or engaging in homosexual intercourse. And compelling evidence also indicates that the virus can be transmitted via the fecal-oral route. This puts Democrats at a significantly higher risk of dying from COVID-19 for obvious reasons, regardless of the fact that Republicans tend to be older.

In a nutshell, the higher incidence of COVID-19 among Democrats can be attributed to the fact that, for the most part, they are generally disgusting, unhygienic, shit-eating morons.
