looks like its photoshoped.

the one on my arm is just put on my arm with photoeditor yes. i dont own such a armband, its not a armband. i just blended two pictures. one picture i cut out and dropped it on my arm. the other picture says "slavia" and is russian national colours and has a red kolovrat.
 
Interesting looking symbol. I may find one someday at a yard sale.
