This isn’t a religious debate. That’s not what courts are for. If people say that’s their religious beliefs, you have no right to challenge them.Those points were tenuous at best.
ACLU disagrees and has disagreed since the civil rights act was passed. This isn’t new. They haven’t changed.Free exercise is free exercise, and sorry, but some couple having to find another baker isn't worth forcing said baker to work against their wishes in this specific case. Note the baker in question doesn't deny anyone non custom items or point of sale items.
The ACLU has abandoned religions except Islam.
