That a left wing court takes an issue that sat in states hands for almost 200 years an yieled one of the worst POS decisions in history (they got it wrong and they wrote a piece of crap to prove it.....even Ginsburg, a judge at the time, said it was an awful piece of writing...even though she agreed with the decision.
