People clearly have their faith chosen for them just as people have their parents and country chosen for them. When they become adults, especially in their mid-20s and beyond; they can change religions or country. Ultimately though, you choose faith and vice versa. It was always going to be right? Fate of the highest order. You were born into a story. Before you could read, think critically, or even consent, you were told who God is, what sin is, what eternity means, and how to earn love. That’s not faith. That’s programming.
If you had been born in a different house, in a different country, under a different flag, you would believe something else. Maybe you’d worship a different god. Maybe you’d call that god by a different name. Maybe you wouldn’t believe in any god at all.
If what you believe had been given to you in reverse order, would you still call it truth, or just loyalty?
Of course not always stupidAlways?
Almost always?Of course not always stupid
I’m not the dummy who made an absolute statement and then backed away from it.Choosing to challenge your faith will get you shunned, kicked out from your family
Have you always been so anal?I’m not the dummy who made an absolute statement and then backed away from it.
Using words accurately isn’t anal.Have you always been so anal?
I was asked to give an example
The founders insisted on freedom of religion but also insisted that religion have no role in government
Christians participated in the forming of our nation"No role"?
If Christians are not allowed to organize and advocate their interests in politics, like every other group,
then that is not religious freedom, but Christians being denied their rights, based on their faith.
IndoctrinationProverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.
Human beings are lemming, or as the Bible says, sheep.Indoctrination
Christians participated in the forming of our nation
But they did not include their faith or exclude other faiths
You have the freedom to practice your religion but not force your religion on others
I think Citygator is a good example of someone without any religious convictions of their own who claims to go to church and even teach Sunday school, but spends all of his time preaching the gospel of the DNC instead of his own alleged faith. He probably does it only because his parents did. This thread is about YOUR side, arguing that Christians should not be allowed to participate in the political process.
Your point was completely moot. It is based on your pretense of being completely retarded, to the point of not being able to distiguish between NO ESTABLISHED CHURCH, and NO CHRISTIANS IN POLITICS.
I can believe that you not smart. YOu are not that retarded. Stop lying.
Of course you can participateThis thread is about YOUR side, arguing that Christians should not be allowed to participate in the political process.

Of course you can participate
You can vote, run for office, contribute to candidates
What you can’t do is force your religious views on others
But pronoun views, canceling people who disagree with you, sexual practices, and political views can be forced on others--and are encouraged to do so.What you can’t do is force your religious views on others
