No one tried to violently overturn the election. Cant we have ar least a little honesty in this conversation? The people that entered the capital didnt attack anyone and they didnt have the demeanor of people who are trying to overturn anything. They were just a bunch of sore losers who threw a tantrum. Also, this riot was FAR less destructive than the least destructive left wing riot this past year.

People shouting "Stop the steal"after being whipped up by Trump broke into the capital and made a beeline for the place where the vote was about to be certified. Seems pretty clear-cut. Are we just supposed to pretend all this rage is a passing fad and nothing further will come of it?

They didn't break in anywhere. They were shown in by capitol police. Are you blind?
