The brain preference is ketones, not glucose. Any glucose needed for proper brain function can be manufactured with gluconeogenesis (breaking down proteins and converting them to glucose).

Kill the carbs. Eat one meal a day of as close to 50/50 fat and protein as you can. No snacking in between. That will cause heightened brain fog for a few days, then completely eliminate all ADD/ADHD.
