There is due process of the law for them. They are here illegally, arrested, and a judge orders them deported. They are given the chance to prove their citizenship. Having the right to due process doesn't mean they get to break the law, it just means they have their day in court, found guilty, and deported.

I don't see the problem here. They are owed due process, they have broken the law by entering the country illegally, once found guilty deport them. What's the issue?
