And, on top of that, you need to convince the rich that they need to pay their fair share to fund the government. And, on top of that, you need to convince the liberals and conservatives to start to get along.

Sorry but it wont be a race war, but a war about ideology. Those who follow God will be on one side and those that follow Lucifer will be on the other.
