No it's a problem. But democratic law makers try to make gun laws and the supreme court just shoots them down.
 
I have a theory when it comes to gun crime. If the criminals can get them without any trouble we need to track guns and float a few to see where they go.

Real elephants in the room? Yes, but before you remake the US stop the use of assault rifles and unlimited ammunition.
