I do for a fact know that he did not go out of his way to have radio cars broadcast to the mob his dispeasure and instructions to stop immediately and get out of the capital building. Lot of government vehicles have both radio and PA ability. It ain't rocket science. If you are trying to convince me he did not stir them up and point them to the capital, forget it. If you are trying to say he did not know what was taking place at the capital, forget it.
