There was one that had merit. The PA case about when the mail in ballots were due. The date and time were specifically written in the law and was not a grey area at all. To me, the truth was the Federal Reserve Act, the Federal Income Tax Act. and the 17th Amendment in 1913 that set the stage for what we see today. We do not know what it would be like though.
